• All sets are handcrafted with care 

• Designs are completed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

• Once your set is finished, it will be shipped immediately via UPS Store shipping.

2️⃣ Shipping

• We ship nationwide through the UPS Store.

• Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your nails every step of the way.

BTW: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next business day.

3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

• All BYAMBERKAY sets are custom handmade and cannot be returned or exchangedunless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

• Please double-check your size selection before ordering—accurate sizing ensures the perfect fit!

Damaged or incorrect sets:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Send a photo of the issue and your order number.

• We’ll either replace the set or issue a store credit.

4️⃣ Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before designs are finalized.

• After designs are in progress, cancellations are not possible because your nails are handmade just for you.
